satisfied customers were kind enough to provide the
following comments:
"My order was quite large but I am more than happy to
give a recommendation on buying from
Spring Park Nursery for their speed and high
quality of service and genuine concern that we were ordering
the right plants. A full inventory and description of the
plants was provided and we are now enjoying the
spectacular effect the plants have made. I would happily
recommend this company to anyone!"
"I just wanted to let you know that I was incredibly
pleased with the Heather plants you provided (wonderful
quality) and that we received many, many compliments regarding
them" (An order of 210 plants for table decorations at a
formal function) |

| Frequently
Asked Questions |
Q.
I am getting married this year and would like to have Heather
plants as table decorations at the reception. Are you
able to supply these and to advise which plants would be most
suitable?
A. We have supplied a number of events with Heathers (see Customer
Quotes above) with great success.
We are able to tailor make our plant suggestions depending on
the time of year and will ensure the plants are delivered on
time and in perfect condition ahead of the event.
Q. Can we visit your nursery in Kent?
A. Yes, but we would request visits are by appointment only.
Q. If I buy a small quantity of Heathers how soon will they
spread to cover the ground?
A. It is always best to plant in groups of say 3 to
5 plants per variety. If they are correctly planted (and
tended) you will see significant growth in 1 year but during
future years they will have knitted together and ground cover
will be more noticeable.
Q. Which organisations can I join to learn more about Heathers
and Conifers?
A. Joining The Heather Society is a must for
enthusiasts-contact admin@heathersociety.org.uk or
write to Dr Charles Nelson, Tippitiwitchett Cottage, Hall
Road, Outwell, Wisbech, PE14 8PE, Cambridgeshire for
further information
With conifers the recommended organisation is the newly formed
British Conifer Society at Bedgebury National Pinetum, Park
Lane, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 25L - phone 01580 211044 ext 231 or
e-mail: daniel.luscombe@forestry.gsi.gov.uk
